Rooms and Rates
Casa La Pace has four guest rooms, each one different from the others. All rooms have wonderful views of the mountains and nearby villages. We have renovated the bedrooms and decorated them with an eclectic combination of old Italian country and antique furniture. The names of the rooms have special meaning: they represent strong women in our lives, our mothers and grandmothers.

Guest rooms at Casa La Pace are available for a minimum of 2 nights.

Each room accommodates two guests.

Every room has a private bathroom, with three of the four en-suite.

Every bathroom has organic hand wash, shampoo, and shower gel, bidet or doccias, and blow dryer.

All our beds have comfortable ECO mattresses. All the mattresses and pillows have hypoallergenic covers.

Rate includes a full breakfast buffet. We serve local cheeses and meats, fresh-baked bread and pastries, seasonal fruits, tea, juices, and coffee. We follow the 'Slow Food' philosophy of buying from local producers and offering fare according to the season.

Deanne Room ... 95 Euros
Located on the middle floor, this lovely room has a spectacular view of the medieval castle of Ghivizzano and the mountains. It has a refinished antique queen size bed. The en-suite bathroom, with its beautiful blue tiles and shower, is one of the original bathrooms but has all of the modern conveniences. With the light streaming in and the murmur of the stream in the valley below, this is the perfect warm and cozy room. |

Nancy Room ... 95 Euros
The Nancy room, located in the middle floor, has an awesome view of the tree-covered hills of the Serchio Valley. There are two iron single beds and refinished Italian country furniture. The en-suite bathroom was added during renovation and has a shower. This room is bathed in soothing light and is a favorite of our guests. |

Nelida Room ... 95 Euros
The Nelida room is on the top floor of the house and has a commanding view of the mountains. It is spacious and has a wonderful open feeling. The antique furniture lends a beautiful old-world feel to the room. The two antique single beds are of rich dark wood. The bathroom is not en-suite, but it is private. It is the largest of all the bathrooms and it has a tub/shower and skylight. The Nelida room is a bright welcoming corner of Casa La Pace.

Victoria Room ... 105 Euros
The largest of the four guest rooms, the Victoria room is on the top floor next to the library. It is full of light and has breath-taking views of the old castle of Ghivizzano and the Apennine Mountains. It has an ultra-comfortable queen-size bed and a cozy sitting area. The en-suite bathroom is newly added and has beautiful chestnut beam ceilings. This room has a charming elegance that makes it one of our most requested rooms. |
