Each workshop and tour is unique. Please check the terms and conditions for each workshop. Each workshop has limited space, so we encourage early registration.
Do I have to register before I come or can I just show up?
You must register before joining a workshop or tour. Deposits are required to reserve participation in any workshop or tour.
Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes. Full payment and/or deposits are required by the specified deadline. You are not registered until you have paid for the workshop or made a deposit.
Are your art or photography workshops for amateurs or professionals?
Both. You do not need to have any particular talent or prior knowledge to enjoy our workshops or tours. Most of the art workshops and tours are for beginners and those at the intermediate level. The photography tour, because the emphasis is touring, is appropriate for all levels.
Do you offer any workshops or tours other than the ones listed?
Yes. We are regularly adding workshops and tours to our calendar. Please contact us about your ideas for future workshops.
How many dayrs are your workshops?
Most our workshops are 5 to 10 days. We will be conducting several 10-and 14-day workshops and tours, check back often for more details.
How many guests are in each workshop or tour?
We want your time with us to be personal, informative and enjoyable. We limit our workshops and tours to a maximum of 8 participants.
Do I need to bring supplies to Italy for the art workshops?
It depends. For some workshops, the instructor provides a materials list. On other workshops, the instructor will provide a Creativity Pack.
Is there an appropriate dress attire for the workshops or tours?
Some tours will visit one or more churches. Churches are viewed as sacred buildings. Please be sure that shoulders and knees are covered. It is proper for all people to take off hats before entering the church. Men should have on long pants, although it is not obligatory. Sandals and flip-flops are not allowed in most churches and museums.
How many vineyards do you visit on a wine tour?
One per day. While some tours cram two or more vineyards into a day, we feel that you will have more time to enjoy your visit of a single vineyard per day. With an easy pace, you will have more time to sample more wines, savor delicious foods, and not feel pressured to hastily depart. |
